Re: Matthews Corner, a Chris Krupa classic.

Thank you Peter, I have also removed the paragraph in my posting regarding copyright to balance things up. I did not suspect "wrong doing" here, just thought it necessary to make a general posting reminder about image ownership on here as sometimes others take advantage. I hope that peace ...

Re: Matthews Corner, a Chris Krupa classic.

Stockers of this forum has contacted me and informed me that the 2 sets of photos of Matthews Corner that I published on here on 01 September 2013, with a total of 15 images of Matthews Corner taken at NG South West Feb 2007 and Pewsey September 2007 have now been blocked by the Photobucket farago a...

Re: Eaton Hall & Co cakebox layout

Excellent!

I think it would make a good "additional entry" absolutely as it is, as it prompts motivation and is a very neat model in its own right! Well done that man!

Re: MomiNG 2017 5th August

I don't think you can do "Likes" on this forum, but that photo is worth a "Like" plus 5 stars Bill! It says it all about the Pewsey experience and is a fond reminder of an excellent friendly and informal day with some great layouts in all scales. Berger Hall was one of the highli...

Re: Thank you, Photobucket !!!

Hi Graham, Sorry you've been nobbled by botophuket as well! Here's my advice at least for the interim: 1. Only upload COPIES of any images you want to post and keep the originals on your own PC (with backups to external hard disk, "pen" or DVD's or all of them!! For convenience I personall...

Re: Longstone 2

As very much an armchair large scale admirer rather than modeller, I'm not qualified to get into the philosophy of it all, but would just add my comment that I think your latest efforts with the rolling stock look excellent and I for one look forward very much to an opportunity of seeing Longstone r...

Re: MomiNG 2017 5th August

Here's a copy of CP's posting made in NGRM-Online on 27 May: I don't think copying a posting made without copyrighted photos etc is a breach of copyright so I am happy to provide the info requested NOTE that this is JUST the MOMING part of the event, the main part is run by the Wiltshire Group of th...

Re: MomiNG 2017 5th August

Graham,

Christopher Payne will have all the info, but I don't think he is on here any more. Try NGRM-Online or the 009 Society members forum and you should be able to get the info you need.

Unfortunately Bill, there doesn't appear to be a facility for posting "likes" on here, so please give yourself a couple from me! I would be very interested in meeting your Dutch lady Norma Schnokkers (spelt the way they say it over there) sometime soon! :D

Re: Two Sister's Farm Saga

So sorry that you've had to come to this decision Peter. I will miss your updates from the farm. I hope you will still be able to stay in touch with the NG events through various societies etc that I hope you will be able to keep up with. I had to draw my own horns in a couple of years or so ago for...

Hi Graham, I don't think you can do "Likes" here, but just to record my own "Like". I hope you haven't abandoned 009 but you do seem to be doing very well with your excursion into Gn15 and it is taking on an excellent "Heywood Feel" to the modelling. Looking forward to ...

Re: More time for Modelling - maybe Gnot!

I think your problem is localised Gerry. I remember that back in the early 70's when Fords were thrown, sorry put together in Dagenham in the Peoples Republic of Essex, the unions negotiated and won an agreement that they would have 14 extra paid public holidays in each year and the incompetent succ...

Re: Shepton Mallet NG Show Photos

Thanks Gerry but that is news to me as nobody ever contacted me to say they will be taking photos "on my behalf" as it were, or sending them to me to put up on my website - which is a very good idea, and I'll be both pleasantly surprised and grateful if it does happen, but I don't think it...

Excellent set of photos Gerry. I'm afraid I have to disappoint regarding your comment that (sic): "Mick's website will show more of the scenery" as I wasn't there! Due to a bunch of family health issues suddenly descending on our life all at once, my wife, son and one of my daughters have ...

Re: 15" Lister for Sale

As a 15" gauge loco I think it looks fine as it is.

I'm surprised Mountaineer is up for sale, I do hope it goes to a good home and there is opportunity to see it on a publicly accessible railway.
