Can not help with the Bachmann Spooked wheels but Hornby sell them in packs of 10 cat No R8098

Here's an update: the loco has now had its coat of primer & is drying out; here is a photo of it before it got painted.

PS It's a neat little loco. It'll be great when all that hard work is done.


the saddle tank is done & is glued in place just have to fit the handrails

I got on well but the saddle tank needs more work but that will be done tomorrow
All I have to do now is finish off the saddle tank & fit the handrails to it
I will post photos once I have had a Bath

Today I am starting building a Smallbrook Harlequin So far I have cut of the Cylinders from the chassis & smoothed off the foot plate & ground the inside of the boiler so it fits I have also started on the saddle tank as it has ballast in it this shows though the paint if notting is done to ...

the Layout is at the Pennine show in Hudderesfield January 18th 19th 2014 I have Never liked the building that i am using as a Bank & i think the town is to small to have a bank so for X-mas i was given a new building it was going to be used on the new layout but it now going to replace the bank...
