Re: Photo hosting?

Tom, I have re-posted the images on my last two or three postings using "http" address and the "BBC code" but it depends on having the time to re-post earlier photographs.

Thanks

Re: Longstone 2

Tom, has let me know of a possible problem with the photos at gn15.info/photo. The address he advised me to use on 15th July was an "https" address, but he think this may have a time limit or something linked to it. I may have to re-post images from an "http" address. I have done...

Re: Photo hosting?

I don't really understand, but I used the "https" address as that is the one you gave in your post of 15th July.

new gn15.info/photo not working on posts

Hello, sorry to bother you, but the new gn15.info/photo hosting appears not to be working. It was OK yesterday when I did my latest post, but not now. I have spent a awful lot of time re-posting images to previous posts since the trouble with photobucket, so I am just hoping they are OK. Many thanks...

Re: Photo hosting?

Hello, can anyone help me. My photos seem to have all disappeared again from my postings after re-loading them all from gn15.info/photo (and adding new ones), they were there yesterday!

thanks

Re: Longstone 2

Not a lot has been happening on the Longstone Estate in the last few weeks, probably because the staff have been helping out in the gardens cutting down overgrown trees (or sunning themselves). So I decided to make some more for them to cut back one day: Two trees are being created for the back of t...

Re: Crundells Estate

It's really nice to see a good idea forming, and on a large'ish layout too. I really look forward to seeing further postings.
Great! Andy

Re: MomiNG 2017 5th August

I took the long trip to Pewsey on Saturday and it was well worth it - for scales big and small. Bill, it was great to meet you, the residents, and the visitors of Berger Hall. I hope it was a success for you on the day. The layout, especially the figures, look even better "in the flesh". C...

It was great to meet you, the residents, and the visitors of Berger Hall at MOMING17, it was really worth the long trip. I hope it was a success for you. The layout, especially the figures, look even better "in the flesh".
Congratulations.

Re: Longstone 2

Yes, success! As I get time I can can start re-loading my photographs. David, The Decauville coach was shortened by cutting directly under the top window rail, and also 10mm further down the window frames, then carefully gluing the uprights back into position. Job done. I suppose it's up to you thou...

Re: Longstone 2

This is an attempt to create an image using the new mygninfo photo sharing and it may or may not work. http://gn15.info/photo/images/2017/08/26/DSC04562.jpg Charlie and Dave are are seen inside the maintenance shed restoring a couple of supposed ex-Decauville 4 wheeled coaches. I saw these on the Sm...

Re: Thank you, Photobucket !!!

Yes, I can still login in to the forum normally as before. I wondered if gn15.info was now obsolete, perhaps to newer members. I have also tried using capitals etc. but to no avail.

Re: Thank you, Photobucket !!!

Hello Stockers, thanks for info. As I am dubious now about using other photo storage sites I tried to use the GNatterbox Hosting site but all I got was a "this user does not exist in our database" message.. I checked and re- checked my login details but to no avail. I presume this is now a...

Re: Thank you, Photobucket !!!

Hello......help!
I have just returned from holiday and was also distraught to find the photographs have disappeared.
Has anyone any suggestions yet about perhaps re-posting my images? I'm a bit thick when it comes to computers, but I do try.

Re: MomiNG 2017 5th August

Thank you Juergen and all. I had to register for NGRM, but at least I've found a list of exhibitors and traders! It's a shame it's not publicised a bit more,
especially to promote Gn15 a bit :?
Cheers

MomiNG 2017 5th August

Could anybody tell me whether there is a list of the layouts and traders at MomiNG 2017, as I can't find much information at all.

Cheers

Re: Longstone 2

Thank you for the information chaps. Peter, I tried reading some of Mike Cougill's blog, but as I am on tablets at the moment they affect my concentration, and it's quite philosophical, I couldn't take it "in". I will try another day on that one! To me, old and grumpy as I am, it seemed to...

Re: Longstone 2

Thank you Doc. Apart from one or two of Steve's models I bought second hand and already half made, these are the first ones of his manufacture I have actually built, all my others have been Smallbrook, Shapeways or scratch built. I was very pleased to buy several of them off a good friend who is con...

Re: Longstone 2

Our third scenic baseboard, the "Mill" board, came out of the dark depths of the garage yesterday, to ponder the construction of the building itself which will go along much of the back of this board. I think I will make a cardboard mock-up as I did with the village scene. Underneath the b...

Thank you for your kind comments Mark, We are making all the main details first, ie: Track, Buildings, walls & fences, rocks & greenery. Figures, birds and one or two wild animals will be added last. Animals have been acquired, but birds are a bit of a challenge, at least to obtain British b...

Re: Longstone 2

Thank you all, I am enjoying Gn15 very much, and wifey is always willing to help. I am having a break from scenery construction, while I build a few items of rolling stock. Progress hasn't been very good this week as I've not been very well though. Blast!
