Maybe 1/12N10. Good enough for Gov't work?

Re: Stockers 7 1/4" coal fired loco project

Use lithium batteries (even model ones from Hobbyking) could save a lot of weight and perhaps even some money over lead acid batts.
Just sayin'

Thanks for reminding me about that technique. Paper and card are still wonderful and inexpensive materials to work with.

Yes to photo replacement on this site! A lot of the work here is superior, and it allows us mere mortals to see what is possible.
Thanks

If I need a specific color insulated wire I have been known to paint it. Tacky is as tacky does.

Thanks Chris and Juergen

I have been looking at doll house hinges and found some around 1/4 inch (6mm) square. I'll check with Ozark too.

Hey Chris. Is there a way to make the doors open with real hinges? I know to cut on the lines, but do you have a specific plan?

Re: New to G9

Well if Steve is back in business, he is a great source of G9 and G15 stuff. I have been buying Chris Cardinal's wonderful laser cut cars these days, but I would also get Steve's kits if they were available. Both are affordable and excellent. The usual disclaimer: I don't own stock in either company...

Hi Chris. Is there any way that we can order the new wheels and underframe parts for models we have already purchased. I would love to pay for them to make assembly easier and not have to order and destroy Thomas cars.
Thanks in advance.
