To be honest, I have NEVER seen one of these kits come out so well.

You've made an excellent job of it!

I've managed to draw up a GWR finial for when I actually start building these. I will 3D print them at 1/3 scale size for my backyard line.

Cheers,

Chris

How much of the center section on them does the fuel tank usually occupy?

Actually, that is a good point. Why does it not have a more "normal" bonnet section?

semaphore signals?

Hello chaps. Would anyone have more information on this type of miniature semaphore found at the Ashmanaugh Light Railway? Some rough dimensions and construction notes would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Chris

where to find more info on this loco?

Built by Patrick Henshaw. I used to have more in my archives, but I cannot locate it. Would love rough dimensions and perhaps some construction details.

INSIDE views of Heywood top wagons?

Since I have a strange obsession for going to ridiculous lengths for accuracy, I would like to see some views of the INSIDE of the Heywood "tops". Would any of our members have such a shot?

Back2Bay6?

Following Steve's passing earlier in the year, has anything been done with his excellent line of kits and parts? I'd like to think someone would take up the torch.

The mechanism used is a Hornby 0.4.0 from a 'Smokey Joe'.

It was shortened slightly to allow it to fit the length of the footplate.

Heywood cast iron sleepers?

Hello chaps. Would anyone have some photos and a drawing for the Heywood cast sleepers? My 7 1/4" gauge project is finally getting some steam up, and I'd like to have some proper track to display my handiwork.

Cheers,

Chris
