People seemed to like it. So busy running, never got a chance to shoot the other layouts, but, tomorrow, is another day.

Another Rail-Ex over (and toast to absent friends).

The variety never ceases to amaze me, I as parked up alongside some vintage Soviet Bloc stuff. Comrade Robert had conscripted help (not that the conscript was complaining). Haywards performed flawlessly, not a single stalling, or derailment. Even the bush jigger on Silver Pine failed to kiss the dirt on the protopically 'rough' trackwork.

I just spoke to Brent Hopley. He felt is was a very successful event. He said he kept missing you when he has a wonder around.

10th and 11th of August. Rex Fowler is Bossman for this. YMCA Hall, across the road from the Warehouse, Town Hall is quake listed.

Not a bad weekend. Good flow of punters through the turnstiles, bit of something for everyone. Got an invite to another show, too.
DCRfan helped man my layouts, and he also got in some quality modelling time.
