for anything tramway /infill suggest looking at my 3D printed track system if you are going to build own point, but did start on an infill design for Peco N gauge Setrack point. The difficulty with the 9mm gauge point is that not much between the rails can be infilled.
To make the point blades sprung, which I assume is what you mean, you need to remove the small locking spring in centre of tiebar, so blades can move freely. Then you need some way of attaching a length of brass wire, so tiebar brings back each way, and some way of locking in each position. I did start looking at a way a Peco PL12 unit could be used, but have not got far.
Narrow gauge Francophile interested in 1m, 60cm,50cm , 40cm and smaller gauges . Build in scales from 1/6th to 1/24th. Also 1/32nd and 1/35th using 16.5mm track to represent 50cm and 60cm gauges. http://www.rue-d-etropal.com
