Mistakes Were Made (But Not by Me)
A truly excellent book by the way, well worth reading -

I don't make mistakes...... well not too many
In this case it was Shapeways made them the wrong size, to be fair their quality control detected it - it was just I was panicking I was not going to have any stock for Swanley as they were already several days late and I'd noticed they had gone from being completed to being back in production again.
As I was a bit desperate - I didn't get the 50 009 locos I had on order - I asked them if the could send them anyway so I had something to sell. They went quite well, sold out of 2 versions at the show.
I was back in France 2 hours after the show ended and in Belgian 3 hours after it ! ( my co-driver bought his years supply of tobacco )
Weekend went quite well, considering I only had half the stock I should have had, We made a small profit ( about £30) but there was a lot of interest and we where only in one of the side halls.
Other main problem we had was the the label guns would not work - I'd brought my label printer, but it decided not to work - of course when I get back here and plug it in to test it it works perfectly
I did try writing them out my hand - a desperate measure if you know the standard of my handwriting - but time ran out and I only got a few done before I was overwhelmed with queries.

To know the meaning of life you need not to be dealt a good hand, but rather to play the worthless hand you have been dealt to the best of your ability.
