Alternative Ore Car???

Inspiration, anyone?

Looking through the British Columbia Archives, I came across this photo:

Note how a flatcar with two wheelbarrows is being used as an ore car. Also note the single bulkhead and the fact that the deck is mounted on a wedge-shaped timber so that the platform is level on what is presumably a constant incline track.
