Best garden railway - or noisy neighbour?

Just found this on YouTube:

It looks like someone's large back garden - from the title it is somewhere in Obersulm, Germany. The Diema is wonderfully grotty and the track is not much better. I do wonder what his neighbours make of it (Oh @£$%^& he's playing trains again!). It would be great to have this in the garden but I think that our neighbours (and my wife) would object to the noise of the diesels and the clattering wagons. Possibly a cue for Mr Angry of Mayfair? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPoOgCSjdl8
