Locolines is back

Postby crackingjob » Tue Feb 26, 2013 10:07 pm

I see over on the gardenrails site that Roy of Locolines fame is back, though has to call it Rail-Road as there seems to be lots of companies called Locolines

he is still doing Ivor the Engine

loads OK, but I think it was a bit slow first time.
Interesting point about being only officially licensed Ivor model.
Personally I prefer plastic to card, and would use card version as a template.
There was a range many years ago which came of sticky-back paper(basically an A4 sized label), so all you had to do was cut out stick to plastic, then cut out plastic shape and removing paper. I used to print out some door/window designs this way before I discovered mashed paper.

Narrow gauge Francophile interested in 1m, 60cm,50cm , 40cm and smaller gauges . Build in scales from 1/6th to 1/24th. Also 1/32nd and 1/35th using 16.5mm track to represent 50cm and 60cm gauges.
