Dam Construction 1930 - 1932

Want to talk about Sir Arthur Heywood's 15" gauge railways? About modern day minimum gauge lines? Have you found a minimum gauge line you've not seen mentioned on the website? Want directions to one of the railways that is mentioned? Whatever your interest in real minimum gauge lines, post your questions (and answer other modellers' questions) here.

Thanks Chris,
I am considering a Gn15 layout based around the Snowy Hydro scheme in 1950s-60s Australia. This will be very useful,
cheers

that's a great film. interesting how hard people were expected to work in "the olden days" - and dangerous.

Geoff,

It is a cold and wet weekend, a good excuse to do some modelling :D And I cheated by starting yesterday as I've taken a long weekend off.

Unfortunately while it is 'G' modelling it is not 'n15" - 1/35th scale Rhodesian Garratt.
