Some prototype tipper cars in my back yard!

Want to talk about Sir Arthur Heywood's 15" gauge railways? About modern day minimum gauge lines? Have you found a minimum gauge line you've not seen mentioned on the website? Want directions to one of the railways that is mentioned? Whatever your interest in real minimum gauge lines, post your questions (and answer other modellers' questions) here.

Some prototype tipper cars in my back yard!

LOL... I literally Laughed Out Loud when I saw these today. These ore cars have been in the storage lot next to my place for several years. I never really looked closely at them before today. Very used and abused and repaired tipper cars with link and pin couplers and outside-the-frame wheels. Exactly what I'll model for my string of cars.
