Hose

A general talking shop for any subject under the sun (even Monty Python). This would also be a good place to make suggestions about the site itself or about these forums (or "fora", if you're particularly pedantic).

I have seen it before, but I am thinking no one in fire service can be that stupid. Therefore wonder if it is actually a set up for an observation test, something like 'What is wrong here?'

Facts need to be checked.
1. Happened in Belgium.
2. No trains would be running.
3. Line closed for Maintenance.
4. Post was made early April.
I'll leave you to decide reason.

Here's the comment from one of Firemen responsible after the photo went viral:

"Hey, this past week our funny photo went viral throughout the whole world. Thousands of shares and likes in many different countries!

Once and for all: The picture was taken in Belgium, in a small village called Bornem. After a minor intervention, we had some time left near the railway to make this picture. Since there were no trains running at all for a week due to maintenance works, we can state that our joke was a real success! "
