Apparently this is an early Buster Keaton silent film "Our Hospitality" A wikipedia article says that the train was a replica of Stephenson's Rocket specially built for the film.
There is quite a lot of railway interest in this. There are stub points in one scene.
Perhaps this is inspiration for a Gn15 Emett railway with similarly dodgy track?
