My workspace does (NOT) look like this....

That person is far too organized but it really is lacking evidence of actually achieving anything - filings, plastic scraps, paint stained rag, discarded pieces not to mention all the extra tools that must be stored on the work bench to prevent them being lost and just in case they are needed.
