Another one returning to the fold

Postby Rowley » Sun Mar 08, 2015 4:17 pm

Hi folks
Altho having to lay off because of my wife's failing health, I've often looked through the posts. However my wife passed away last Ocober and I have decided that it is time to move forward. My old layouts "Forby 2 and 7mmscale, 14mm gauge " have deteriorated due to being stored in a garage over time so have decided to start agiain with a new setup which will be described in the size doesn't matter section
All the best Rowley.

Hi Rowland,

Sorry to read of your loss.

I'm glad you have kept an eye on the goings on in here. Still more pleased you are back amongst us and keen to create once more.

I'm a member of several fine spots on the Internet, indeed, I run my own 'minimal' group on FB, but I still tend to regard the Gnatterbox, with the great spirit and knowledge within as my absolute favourite.

Bestest,

Hi Rowland,

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife.

Welcome back - I've only been back for a short time myself, but the support and camaraderie here is second to none. Please post your progress.

Thanks for the replies. I've just realised that as the layout I am starting will be in 009 and 00 the section it needs to go in will be gnot minimum gauge. See you there
