Discount always sounds good. But I would love to know the model modensions of these offers.

Even more, I´d like to see them built and photographed along with Gn15 models from other makers plus some scale figures, to get an idea of the actual model dimensions.

The above samples seem to be extremely narrow and have vertical boards missing at the the sides.

Have Fun

The website doesn't run super smoothly from my iPad, but well enough to see that the scale is given as 1/24 with dimensions of the original prototype.

Hi Juergen. For example, the guards van is as follows: a scale 7'9'L x 3'W x 5'H less running gear.

Cheers,

Thanks for the picture with the Carlo Spirito figure. The goods wagon indeed looks tiny.
78 mm long, 38mm wide, 62mm high (plus chassis. Almost HO dimensions.
Too small for my Gn15 purposes.

Have a look at Smallbrook Studios Gn15 offerings. Locos are 45 mm wide, the Decauville inspection car for four passengers is 50mm wide. http://www.smallbrookstudio.co.uk/products-new/4569521214/gn15-decauville-inspection-coach/11151500

Hope to see some more assembled laser models.

Have Fun

OFFER EXTENDED

To celebrate the upgrade of all my kits to now include proper 3 hole disc or spoked wheels, underframe with pedestals, plus bearing inserts for the needlepoint axles (to allow for excellent rolling capabilities), I have extended the discount period. Please take advantage of this early and often. ;)

Hi Chris. Is there any way that we can order the new wheels and underframe parts for models we have already purchased. I would love to pay for them to make assembly easier and not have to order and destroy Thomas cars.
Thanks in advance.

Hey Chris. Is there a way to make the doors open with real hinges? I know to cut on the lines, but do you have a specific plan?

I can easily modify the drawings to "cut" instead of "scribe" the door lines. The hinges themselves would be the tricky part.

OZARK offers various suitable hinges. # 4073 operates and can be modified to fit the purpose:

(Note, the hinges in this case are used for the tool box of a 7 / 8ths scale model
It houses the Deltang RC receiver)

Problem with the boxcar design is, the hinges are planned to get fixed between boards. They should be mounted
on a board to be prototypicallly.

Have Fun

Thanks Chris and Juergen

I have been looking at doll house hinges and found some around 1/4 inch (6mm) square. I'll check with Ozark too.
