Mince Pie Special - 2011

Postby Dave Westall » Sat Nov 27, 2010 10:49 pm

Hi GnOrfolkers,

Our traditional New Years Day celebration is to be the usual visit to the Bure Valley Railway for a good grice and a trip along the line. :D

11 am departure from Aylsham for a round trip followed by Mince Pies and ........... a visit to the Model Shop

This will be followed by an adjournment to Brammer Towers 8) at the special invitation of our usual hosts the incomparable Ralph and Janet :D :D :D

Hope to see all GnOrfolkers there.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to you all.

Dave
May your wheels never rust.

As long as I get rid of this cold (and manage to dodge any more heading my way), I'll be there :)

I should be able to go to this. Just a case of getting access to the car.

Well it seems that any potential colds that Barry has dodged have all homed in on me. I've been under the weather for the best part of a week now. I might be there, depends on how I feel tomorrow morning.

I won't be turning up today, but not because of my illness. My dad managed to become very ill overnight (doctor was called out etc), so my car access has been revoked in case we need to call an ambulance and my mum has to follow it to hospital.

Thanks for the concern, naturally he's fine now. Just an overnight thing.
