For discussion of the issues faced when building a model or layout - how to replicate wood, what glues to use, exactly how much weathering can a Gnat take, a good source of detailing accessories - you get the picture, I'm sure.
Roger good to see these photos at last, I like the detail of the newspaper under the arm of the fellow leaning on the fence, haven't noticed that before!
It looks good, well done.
What a lovely scene and a great piece of modelling Roger. The detail, from the aformentioned newspaper to the very realistic brickwork is spot on. There's so much to engage the eye that I had to look twice to see that there's not an engine in sight!
Very nicely done Rodger -- the detailing, the figure painting, the weathering -- and it all blends together into a unified whole. BTW, what are you planing to use as an engine (critter)?
Your layout looks fantastic. I particularly like the brickwork with the flemish bond. The other details included all look realistic. Is there any chance of a tutorial to show us how you completed this fine piece of modelling?
Cheers,
Mark
One question, how did you make the vegetable boxes and the vegetables etc that are in them

You should always go to the last one first!
You should cross all your bridges before you come to them!
Life is too short for counting rivets!
What happened to things that you dropped before Newton discovered Gravity?
